How to Join
Organisations interested in becoming members of WCO should complete the relevant application form - affiliate or associate (see categories and requirements section). The completed application should be sent to the WCO secretariat:

Once received by WCO, the application will be reviewed to ensure it matches the relevant criteria. If all criteria is met, the application will be submitted to the relevant Regional Organisation for feedback. If however, another member exists in the same country, the existing member’s feedback will also be sought.
After all relevant feedback is considered, any relevant information is passed to the membership committee and executive committee for approval.
The application will be approved or rejected only during the Governing Board that takes place only twice a year.
