The World Council of Optometry depends upon volunteers who dedicate their time and expertise to improving eye and vision care worldwide. We are ultimately accountable to our members who collectively comprise the General Delegates. Our organisational structure is designed to proactively identify, evaluate and address issues of critical concern to the profession and public.
