The full delegate rates include conference sessions at Renaissance Blackstone Hotel; clinical workshops or lecture at the Illinois College of Optometry (ICO); transport between the hotel and ICO; welcome reception; lunch on Monday and Tuesday; and conference dinner.
Accompanying person
The accompanying person rate includes welcome reception; conference dinner; and a day tour of Chicago on Monday 25 June with transport.
