Donation by Japan Optometric & Optical Association to World Optometry Foundation

The Japan Optometric and Optical Association have donated 500,000 yen to the World Optometry Foundation to support the activities of the World Council of Optometry. Dr Sidney Stern, President of the World Optometry Foundation, thanked Dr Akio Kanai, member of the WCO Governing Board for his ongoing support and commitment to the optometry profession and praised the Japan Optometric and Optical Association for its support for optometry globally.
